The Guanellian Sisters recognize that the youth of today are the foundation of tomorrow. Inspired by the words of Pope Francis, they work closely with young people in mission areas—guiding them with care, channeling their energy, and nurturing their God-given talents for the service of humanity.

The Sisters organize awareness programs on harmful addictions and provide life-building vocational training such as stitching, knitting, flower making, and bag making. They offer special support to unemployed youth, helping them build practical skills and confidence.

During holidays, they conduct workshops in arts and crafts, music, computers, and spoken English. The Sisters also offer counseling and emotional support to youth and women facing difficulties. Through tailoring and computer centers, young women from poor and middle-income families are empowered with employable skills, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
